During this two-week fasting course, you will learn the original and often misunderstood purpose of fasting, how fasting has historically been used for spiritual purposes, and how to apply fasting safely and effectively for physical health and metabolic renewal.

In the first class, we will explore the true meaning of fasting, focusing on its spiritual foundations, historical context, and intention beyond weight loss or trends. In the second class, we will shift into the practical and physiological side of fasting, covering how to fast in the natural, evidence-based benefits such as improved insulin sensitivity, cellular repair, and metabolic flexibility, and how to implement fasting in a way that supports long-term health rather than sabotaging it.

Together, these sessions provide both the why and the how, integrating spiritual discipline with biological science for a complete and grounded understanding of fasting.
